Third Party Verification - Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Pricing

Third Party Verification (TPV):

Any call lasting longer than 30 seconds is billable.

$.30 for genie style, $.40 for partial automation and $.50 for fully automated.

Set Up Fee: We charge a one-time set up fee for genie and automated scripts of $200.

Scripts Changes: Script changes or additions are charged at $100 per hour and billed in fifteen (15) minute increments and there is a minimum charge of $25 for any script change.

Audio Storage: We charge $.05 to store outside audios for 2 years. The audios are stored at the Qwest Cyber Center and you are given direct access to retrieve the audios 24-7.

Burning audios to a CD or Uploading audios to an FTP site: $50 for burning or uploading one (1) day of business for your DNIS.

    Quality Control Pricing:

    Pricing is subject to change upon review of verification recording length.

    For fully IVR automated recordings pricing is billed at the tiered rates below:

    • 5-10 prompts / .75 per recording listened to
    • 11-15 prompts / .85 per recording listened to
    • 16-20 prompts / .95 per recording listened to
    • 21+ prompts / 1.25 and up per recording listened to
    • For Open Mic scripts (genie style) please submit scripting with audio example for current pricing. Pricing for Open Mic script reads / COF varies from $0.75 - $3.00 per read – sale – depending on average length of call.

    Quality Control (custom software):

    There is a flat fee of $.25 per recording to use the internet based software to Quality Control.

    ACD / IVR Pricing

    We have 2 methods of payment associated with the ACD / IVR services. We charge on a per connect bassis with our rate of Long Distance. Or we bill a higher Long Distance rate (see DRTV)

    Connectivity Billing:

    Auto Cancel / Bill Payment Hotline:
    Non Voice Recognition - QCI charges $.25 to $1.75 per connect for auto cancel line and bill payment. Our IVR will pass information using an API. The customer can auto cancel, make payments, or go over any information you post to the IVR. Plus Long Distance if applicable.


    Voice Recognition - QCI charges $.50 to $2.00 per connect for auto cancel and bill payment. Our IVR will pass information using an API. The customer can auto cancel, make payments, or go over any information you post to the IVR. Plus Long Distance if applicable.
