On Friday, April 24, 2026, NRT trainees Nikki Leali and Vinceline Bertrand attended the annual React Miami , a conference that brings together developers, engineers, technology leaders, and the broader tech community.

They once again demonstrated their innovation and technical excellence through their participation in the “We Literally Have No Idea How To Build Like This Anymore” (WLHNIHTBLTAH) Hackathon, a fast-paced, 5-hour challenge. Their work earned them a Google DeepMind sponsor prize for their creative use of the Gemini API, an impressive recognition among a highly competitive field.

In addition, Vinceline Bertrand was selected as a speaker, presenting her session titled “Agentic AI Without the Magic: Building Autonomous Workflows in React Under Real Constraints.” Through this presentation, she showcased not only her technical expertise but also her strong communication and leadership skills, proudly representing the NRT Program and ������Դ�� .
